Critical Care Medicine
Critical care medicine is basically about the treatment of acute, life-threatening disorders. It has informally been performed for years in post anesthesia recovery rooms, coronary care units, delivery rooms, emergency rooms, and also trauma centers, but it is now usually performed in intensive care units (ICU).
Our well-trained personnel in the intensive care units along with the International Doctor team also practice critical care medicine extensively and effectively.
Our critical care specialists undergo an extensive training following their primary qualification in internal medicine, pediatrics, surgery, or anesthesia. They will then be able to manage acute respiratory, cardiovascular, metabolic, cerebral, and renal problems, as well as infectious diseases.
The patients may also vary from those who suffer from failure of multiple organs to patients of complicated medical problems, and individuals with a need for 24-hour care.
