The process of seeing a patient abroad is described as below:

You contact us using the form below and provide us with your phone number and the local time you wish to be contacted.
Upon receiving your contact number, one of our doctors will call you requiring information such as patient’s name, age, country of residence, past medical history and active medical issues.
Based on the information received, we would then be able to tell you how we can help. We will also give you a price for our services which will include travel costs, time off work(our physicians often work in other institutions), expert opinion and risk of travelling to unknown destinations. At all times, our goal is to give you top quality medical advice and if necessary, we could even make arrangements to transfer your patient to other institutions in other countries.
Upon the price agreement, we will send you the contract via fax, mail or email. To be able to start the treatment, a signed contract plus 50% deposit, paid by credit card or direct bank transfer, will be requested. After providing us with the contract and a deposit, an exact itinerary which will include the visiting physician arrival time will be presented to you. The rest of our fee is paid at the end of our service. If the medical attention given was less than expected, we will refund the overcharged amount back to you. Please be aware that these privileged services require a lot of planning and as a result come at a special price.
